YOTEL or YOTELAIR: check the booking line
These names describe two access situations at the same airport. The cheapest available room is not a usable room if it is on the wrong side of the border.
YOTELAIR: international transit
Look for “Airside” in the property name and verify the valid international boarding-pass requirement. Follow the operator’s Duty Free area directions; do not leave transit simply because a mapping app shows a road-level airport address.
YOTEL: public terminal area
The landside property needs a public-area arrival route. For an international connection, include entry eligibility and the next flight’s check-in/security sequence. It can make sense for a landside stay, but cannot replace an inaccessible airside booking automatically.
Ask about the whole party
Send the property the number and ages of children, your arrival time, next departure and baggage situation. Check occupancy and the booked stay window before choosing between room products; a compact airport room is not necessarily suitable for every family size.
