AOT distinguishes connections inside SAT-1, connections to the main terminal and domestic onward travel. Use the applicable route rather than following another passenger to Arrivals.
If both flights use SAT-1
The airport guide directs connecting passengers to the central transfer area on Level 2. Obtain the onward boarding pass if needed, then complete the required security process before returning to departures.
If the next gate is in the main terminal
Follow the APM route and then the signposted Transfer Desk for the appropriate concourse. Plan the train access, waiting and walking as part of the connection, even when you remain in transit.
If you need a domestic flight or bag reclaim
Ask the airline which arrival formalities and baggage steps apply. Do not reserve an international airside room on the assumption that you can collect a bag and walk back into the same transit area.

Hyatt’s FAQ states that its front desk accepts arrivals throughout the day and night, and explains the 24-hour stay clock. This is useful only if the property is on the side of immigration you can use. Ask the hotel to record the actual arrival time rather than reserving the wrong calendar night.
